What kind of printing services do you offer?

We specialize in screen printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, and embroidery. Whether it’s team uniforms, corporate swag, or custom designs, we can bring your ideas to life.

Do you offer embroidery?

Yes! We offer embroidery on hats, polos, jackets, and more — but only on items we supply. We do not embroider on outside garments.

Do you print on items I bring in?

In most cases, no. We only decorate apparel that we source to ensure print quality and consistency. Exceptions may apply for large orders — contact us to discuss.

Can I mix shirt styles, sizes, or colors in one order?

Yes — you’re welcome to mix garment styles, sizes, and colors as long as the design remains the same. Pricing may vary depending on the garment type. If you'd like to use multiple designs, minimums will apply per design.

Can I see a proof before you print?

Absolutely. We always provide digital mockups for your approval before going to production.

Do you offer design help?

Yes! We have a free online design studio, and our team can assist with layout, color matching, or even full design support.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from the time your order is approved and paid. Larger or complex orders may take slightly longer.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes, rush orders may be possible depending on our schedule and your needs. Additional fees may apply — contact us ASAP to check availability.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on quantity, garment type, number of print locations, and number of ink colors or stitch count. We’re happy to send a free estimate — just reach out!

When is payment due?

Payment is due once you approve your quote and mockups. For large orders, we may require a deposit upfront.

Where are you located?

Our shop is at 6 Brington Road, Brookline, MA. Walk-in hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Yes — we offer local delivery for larger orders, and we can ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping charges vary based on order size and location.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Definitely! Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text. Just stop by during our walk-in hours.

Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes! We archive all artwork and job details. Just reach out with your previous order info and we can recreate it.

Do you offer fundraising stores or team shops?

We do! We can set up online merch stores for schools, sports teams, or fundraisers — we handle orders, printing, and fulfillment. Ask us how to get started.
